This experiential class uses dance movement to foster healthy grounding, healing and wholeness, creative expression and stress relief.
We will meet at Site 8 in the Meditation Gardens.
WHAT TO BRING: a mat and/or blanket and water bottle
WHAT TO WEAR: comfortable clothing to move
Please arrive by 12:45 to get settled. Class will start promptly at 1 pm.
